Arsenal are reportedly ready to offer him a record contract if the deal changes. However, Vinicius himself wants to stay and sign a new deal at Real Madrid. He has only one year that is left for him on his current contract with the team.

Bruno Guimaraes (Newcastle) — Arsenal Speeding Up Talks
The story
According to reports, Arsenal are reportedly moving very fast so as to sign the 28 year old Newcastle midfielder named Bruno Guimaraes. Guimaraes has told his own team that he wants his future to be decided on and settled within the week, before Newcastle’s pre-season training even starts.
